The resolution for NCFCA and Stoa leagues is, "Resolved: That the United Stated Federal Government should significantly reform its policy toward Russia." Several Blue Books are published from the resolution's release in June 2010 to the National tournaments in 2011. Hundreds of briefs and thousands of pieces of evidence are written, edited, proofread and published for debaters nationwide.

But, sometimes a mistake rears its snickering head. The books have been printed and mailed out, so there really is nothing we can do about it other than post the errors on this site for the world to see. When we find an error, we post it on this page.
