Upon registering as a member, you recognize that this community information labeled as such is free for Monument Publishing to utilize, display, and publish as it sees fit. Protection for Evidence Storage

This includes collaborations of other works under fair use and educational clauses of copyright law. Your evidence is considered your personal collaborations and are protected under the same copyright laws as any literary work.

This does not include imported sourcebook content. Owners of copyrighted sourcebooks (e.g. Blue Book) are allowed use of the sourcebook, including modifying the evidence, but are NOT allowed to share these collaborative works with non-owners. Cutting-and-pasting sourcebook material into new briefs with your name on them for the purpose of avoiding purchase of the sourcebook is a violation of U.S. Copyright Law and is subject to the penalties of the law.

All briefs saved, printed and shared by you within your personal account will have your byline affixed to the brief. No one on Monument Publishing or Blue Book Report's staff has permission to access or use your evidence without your explicit approval.

We are not responsible for individual members falsifying evidence or using malicious names within their accounts. If we discover illegal, vulgar, pornographic, immoral, or otherwise distasteful use in the evidence or discussion areas, individual works may be removed with or without notice and your account may be canceled. All evidence and discussions should remain within the laws of "fair" and "educational" use. Illegal use of other copyrighted works (i.e. complete copies of articles) are considered a violation of the other source's copyright and is considered an "illegal" use of this database.

Know that evidence is yours and you have every right to protect the copyright of your hard work to the fullest extent of the law.
